Booking details: information you send us by email, phone or WhatsApp to arrange your trip, such as travelers’ names, contact details, travel dates, preferences, and any dietary, medical or accessibility needs you choose to share so we can look after you.
Identity documents: where hotels, riads, camps or local regulations require it, passport details of travelers.
Payment information: if you pay online, your payment is processed by our payment providers (such as PayPal or a card payment processor). We do not store your full card number.
Blog comments: if you leave a comment, your name, email address, comment and IP address.

Information collected automatically

Technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device and the pages you visit, recorded in server and security logs.
A small number of cookies needed for the website to work, for example to remember tours you have viewed.

Google: our forms use Google reCAPTCHA to block spam, some pages show embedded Google Maps, and our website uses Google Fonts. These services may receive your IP address and information about your browser.
WhatsApp: if you contact us through the WhatsApp button, your messages are handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own privacy policy.
Authorities: when required by law, for example to register travelers at accommodation.
