These Terms and Conditions apply to all tours, excursions and travel services booked with Morocco Epic Journey, and to the use of our website, moroccoepicjourney.com. By confirming a booking with us, you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Refund & Cancellation Policy and our Privacy Policy.

1. About Us

Morocco Epic Journey is a tour operator based in Marrakech, Morocco, offering private and small-group tours, desert trips and day excursions across Morocco.

2. Bookings and Confirmation

A booking is confirmed once we receive the required deposit or full payment, as specified in your booking confirmation. The person making the booking must be at least 18 years old and accepts these terms on behalf of everyone in their group.

Please check your booking confirmation carefully and tell us straight away if any details are incorrect, such as names, dates, the number of travelers or the itinerary.

3. Prices and Payment

Prices are as shown in your quote or booking confirmation. Unless stated otherwise, they are per person.
Your itinerary shows what is included and excluded. Items that are not listed, such as flights, travel insurance, personal expenses, most drinks and tips, are not included.
The remaining balance must be paid by the date and in the way stated in your booking confirmation.
Bank, currency conversion and payment processing fees charged by your bank or payment provider are your responsibility.

4. Cancellations, Changes and Refunds

Cancellations by you, changes to your booking and refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

5. Changes to Your Itinerary

We plan every itinerary carefully, but travel in Morocco can be affected by weather, road conditions, safety concerns, local events or the availability of suppliers. If we need to change your itinerary, accommodation or activities, we will replace them with alternatives of a similar standard wherever possible and keep you informed.

6. Travel Documents, Visas and Health

You are responsible for having a valid passport, any visa you need, and meeting the entry and health requirements for Morocco. Your passport should be valid for your entire stay; we recommend at least six months of validity. Please check the latest requirements with the relevant authorities before you travel.

7. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers take out comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, emergency evacuation, baggage and travel delays before their trip begins.

8. Your Health, Fitness and Special Requirements

Please tell us before booking about any medical conditions, mobility limitations, dietary requirements or other needs, so we can advise you and make suitable arrangements. Some activities, such as camel rides, quad biking, sandboarding and hiking, carry an element of risk. Please follow the instructions of your guides and drivers at all times, and take part only in activities you feel comfortable with.

9. Your Responsibilities During the Trip

We ask all travelers to respect Moroccan laws, local customs and other members of their group. We may refuse or end services, without a refund, for anyone whose behavior puts themselves or others at risk, or seriously disrupts the tour.

10. Third-Party Suppliers

Some services in your trip, such as hotels, riads, desert camps, restaurants and activities, are provided by independent suppliers. They carry out their services under their own terms and conditions, and we choose them carefully.

11. Our Liability

We will provide the services you book with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for:

Events beyond our reasonable control, such as severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, road closures, government restrictions or other force majeure events
Flight delays, missed connections or other transport disruptions outside our control
Loss of or damage to your personal belongings
Indirect losses, such as lost earnings or missed opportunities

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Photos

We may take photos during tours. We will ask for your permission before using any photo in which you can be identified on our website or social media.

13. Use of Our Website

All text, photos and other content on moroccoepicjourney.com belong to Morocco Epic Journey or are used with permission, and may not be copied without our written consent. We try to keep all information on the website accurate and up to date, but itineraries, prices and availability are confirmed only in your quote or booking confirmation.

14. Complaints

If something is not right during your trip, please tell your guide or contact us immediately so we can try to fix it on the spot. If you are still not satisfied, please contact us in writing as soon as possible after your trip, and we will do our best to resolve the issue fairly.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of Marrakech. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the laws of the country where you live.
